A simple phone call or e-mail is all it takes! Once we have visited the property, you will receive a written proposal and scope of work for any repairs that may be necessary.

If you decide to go ahead with the repairs, you can either fax, scan and email, or snail-mail the signed contract.  We will then contact you to schedule the work and answer any questions you may have.

We are certain you will be impressed with our crew of foremen and laborers.  We are confident they will do a top-notch, quality job for you.

We offer several payment options to fit the needs of almost every situation.  Our payment schedules are fair and reasonable and meet the guildlines of the CSLB. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as good old-fashioned checks.  We don't charge extra fees for using your credit card. A lot of folks like to earn "miles" or other rewards, and we're happy we can oblige.

Payment through Escrow is an option too.  203K loans (for rehab) are available and we can put you in touch with an FHA / HUD 203K consultant.  Email Gary Gramling directly at gramlingconsulting@cox.net. 

After the work is complete and payment is received, you will receive a letter of completion outlining the warranty information for your project.
