About Us

ATLAS FOOTING REPAIR, INC., a California Corporation, is a woman-owned business that incorporated in 1991.  We are a licensed General Contractor with "B" and "D-30" classifications.  Jan Fisher, the president, has worked in the industry since 1983.  Our office is located in the East County at 1136 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon, CA. 

We specialize in quality foundation repair for residential buildings.  Some of these repairs include:  underpinning and reinforcing existing foundations using small diameter pipe piles, completely replacing deteriorated foundations, repairing stemwall or slab cracks with epoxy, floor leveling, post and pier replacement, and seismic enhancement.

We give free estimates for repairs.  We will personally visit the site and prepare a written fixed-price proposal and scope of work.  Should a geotechnical engineer be necessary, we will advise you accordingly.  We don't send salepeople that work on commission, nor de we give bids for work that is not really necessary, just to get a job.

We are fully licensed and insured.  Our office and field workers have been with us for a long time, some as long as 17 years!  We don't hire "day labor" to work on our projects.  Our professionalism and integrity and noteworthy in the San Diego building industry.  We take pride in our honest and ethical codes, which show in our work projects as well as our day-to-day business activities and employee relations.  We have been recognized in the "Top 50 Woman-Owned Businesses" in the Book of Lists from the San Diego Business Journal, and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. 

We maintain many memberships such as the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Chamber of Commerce, East County Chamber of Commerce, Santee Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and others.

We have also contributed to the Special Olympics, Friends of Rollo, Operation Homefront, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Dr. Laura Foundation, Therapeutic Equestrian Activity Center for the Handicapped, The Central-Asia Institute - Promoting Peace with Education, and others.
